The Operations Manager will be covering a 1-year maternity leave, with the possibility of extensionand is responsible for overseeing daily operations, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing strategic improvements. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven record in operational management, process optimization, and team development. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a commitment to achieving organizational growth objectives.

Renumeration:
Base Salary: $80,000-$90,000
2 Weeks Paid Holiday

Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent senior-level experience in business operations, strategy, or administration is required.
3–5 years of experience in operations, office management, or business administration, preferably in professional services or a financial firm.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing administrative processes at a company-wide level.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to troubleshoot basic technical issues and support automation/process development.
Prior experience in HR coordination, including recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation.
Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with budgeting, invoice/bill tracking, and vendor/facility oversight.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop professional reports and liaise effectively with leadership.
Proactive mindset with a track record of improving operational systems and driving process improvements.
Interest in or experience with business development, innovation projects, or private equity is a plus.

Responsibilities & Duties
HR, Leadership & Team Management
Facilitate staff huddles, 1:1 check-ins, team lunches, and quarterly performance reviews
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR requests
Support and enhance Qube’s Student Analyst Program
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and implement strategic goals
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for decision-making
Manage external marketing contractors and review communications
Deliver monthly updates and reports to the UDP and managing partners
Operations & Administrative Management
Define and execute operational goals aligned with the company’s strategic plan
Manage Qube’s two facilities, including maintenance and administrative functions
Oversee dividend distributions, rent, and bill payments
Establish and uphold scalable, efficiency-focused internal policies
Lead event planning, including vendor coordination, marketing, and execution
CRM Development, Tech Support & Process Improvement
Track KPIs through the CRM and engage staff on enhancements and concerns
Monitor internal deal flow and identify growth opportunities
Maintain and evolve CRM blueprints, automations, and custom scripts
Troubleshoot CRM-related issues, including automation errors and tech support needs
Special Projects
Potential to contribute to Qube’s Private Equity team, participate in additional business development decisions, and/or tackle special innovation projects.
